It was time for another Whittle Women We-Union and this time Craig came. Cindy flew in from Green Bay, Wendy from Mississippi, Craig and Allison traveled the furthest from the Northwest and Kris, Lisa, Jil and Mom drove three hours. We met at Sea Colony Resort at Bethany Beach, Delaware.
Mom bought us nightshirts. We look like Easter eggs!

We walked the boardwalk at Rehoboth.
And ate Rehoboth's famous Thrasher fries.
Had icecream.

It was so fun to bond with each other. We spent hours and hours talking.
We did our strengthening exercises before bed.
Kris brought some face cleanser samples from Julie which we applied every night.
Playing on the keyboard the duets we learned when we were little.

Jil and Mom bought sweatshirts.
We each did a craft on Allison's day to plan.
Ta dah!

Craig and Allison treated us to a crab dinner.

Craig taught us about hooking up wireless.
We celebrated Mother's Day early with all of us together.
Playing Blokus
We played Hand and Foot. Here is a video of us singing "My Pigeon House" in harmony for posterity. Several people have asked for the words:
My pigeon house lay open wide and let the birds fly free.
They fly over hills, mountain valley wide and light on the tallest tree.
And when they return from their merry, merry flight,
They close their eyes and say "goodnight".
Coo roo, coo roo, coo roo, coo roo, coo roo, coo roo, coo roo.
We walked the beach at sunset.
Beautiful Bethany Beach.

yeah for blogging! welcome whittle people to the wonderful world of blogs.
(I had to delete the last comment because I accidentally did it in Scott's name.) So, cool website. I enjoyed the pictures. Thank you for setting this up. I hope to see more in the future.
i loved the video of you singing "pigeon house." it's a family favorite in the johnson household, and ken sings it every night. but mom, you're playing with facecards! those were never allowed in our house growing up!
Myra, we MADE your mother play with face cards even though it went against her beliefs... (Actually, Jil did. That was her choice of game to play on her day to plan) :0)
